2. Coaching Services

Our services include online fitness coaching, training programs, nutritional guidance, and client support. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon at the time of onboarding.

Clients are responsible for:

Completing all check-ins and progress updates on time

Following the agreed-upon training and nutrition plans

Communicating clearly and promptly about challenges or changes


3. Payments

All payments for coaching services are made in advance and are billed according to the chosen plan (weekly, monthly, or per package). Prices are subject to change with notice.


4. Cancellations

You may cancel your coaching plan at any time by notifying us in writing via email or through the client portal. No further payments will be billed after cancellation, and access to coaching services will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.


5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are only issued if you, the client, have followed all agreed-upon steps and protocols from the start of the training program, and are still unsatisfied with the progress.

To be eligible for a refund, clients must:

Have completed all required check-ins on time

Followed the provided training and nutrition plan with documented proof

Maintain communication and respond to coach inquiries

If a dispute arises, the client must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the issue arising. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably.

Refund requests will not be honored if the client has not met the above conditions or has failed to adhere to the agreed-upon expectations.


6. Health Disclaimer

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that physical activity and dietary changes carry inherent risks. Always consult with your physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.

You assume all responsibility and risk for your participation in our coaching services.


7. Intellectual Property

All materials, plans, and content provided by Black Iron Fitness are the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission.


8. Privacy

We collect and store client information solely for the purpose of providing coaching services. We do not sell or share personal information. Full details are outlined in our [Privacy Policy].


9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
